Daniel Mikusa

Daniel Mikusa is a seasoned software engineer with over 20 years of experience in delivering scalable and robust applications using open-source and standards-based solutions. He has a deep appreciation for web technologies, having spent over 10 years working with Java, Spring, and CloudFoundry to deliver enterprise-scale solutions to customers at VMware. Daniel is currently employed as a Lead Developer at 7SIGNAL, the leader in enterprise WiFi optimization, where he uses technologies like Java, Spring, OAuth2/OIDC, and AWS to build the company’s WiFi performance monitoring solutions. In his spare time, Daniel is active in the open source community helping as a maintainer on the CNCF Cloud-Native Buildpacks project, and participating as both a maintainer and a member of the steering committee for the Paketo Buildpacks project.
